No we do not put banner advertising of any kind on your web site.

Do you allow adult hosting?
No. Adult content and linking to adult content is strictly prohibited on our web servers.

Are business websites allowed?
Yes. In fact most web sites we host are business web sites.

No one seems to visit my site, why?
Web sites have to be carefully optimised and submitted to the search engines. Search engines will not automatically find your web site. Three Spires Coventry offers a Search Engine Optimisation Service. Please contact us for more information.

How do I cancel my account?
In order to cancel your hosting account with us, simply send us an e-mail requesting for your account to be closed. Your e-mail must include your domain name, address and telephone number. The e-mail must be sent from the email address used at signup. Once we receive your email to close your account, you will receive a phone call to verify the closure of your account.

What type of Operating System is used for hosting?
All Three Spires - Coventry web servers are LINUX based.

Does Three Spires offer dedicated or shared web hosting?
Currently we do not offer dedicated server rental. We provide shared web hosting. Shared web hosting is very cost effective.

When can I start using my account after signing up?
Our signup process takes up to 12 hours. During this time Three Spires - Coventry verifies all account data, and sets up your web hosting account on our web servers.

Do you have a customer support telephone number?
Yes. You will be provided with a contact telephone number in the Account Notification e-mail upon signing up for our services.

What name servers should I use to point my domain to the Three Spires network?

This depends on which type of account you have. The correct nameservers will have been provded in your account activation notice.

No. You can choose your own domain name registration company. However we do have our own domain name registration service . You can register a domain name with us for as low as £9.95 a year.
